Every year during the Mid-Autumn Festival, actors from the American Shen Yun Performing Arts Troupe and teachers and students from Feitian University hold a Mid-Autumn Festival Gala at the New York headquarters. They arrange their own cultural programs to showcase their dance, music and artistic talents.
At the parties in the past few years, artists have demonstrated the unique unique skill of "body with hands, hips with legs" lost in the dance world. They have also performed dances from various countries and ethnic groups, leading the way in the southeast, northwest, and even the Shen Yun Symphony. The conductors and performers of the troupe take the stage to perform, either classics or new and original compositions, a fusion of Chinese and Western styles, with lingering reverberations; there is also a lot of humor and entertainment, so you can appreciate the versatile side of the artist.
