The sun was shining brightly in the morning, and we planned to take the children to the Science and Technology Museum in the afternoon.
At noon, the weather turned sharply, and within a few minutes, clouds came over, and then it started to snow. Because it was a sunny day before, I thought the snow would not last long and it would probably stop soon. As a result, the snow became heavier and heavier, and the snowflakes were very large. They gathered together and fell in clusters. After a while, the ground turned white.
Although the weather was bad, after lunch, we still traveled as planned. The cars on the road were driving very slowly, and the snow kept falling, which affected the visibility. Many cars had their double-flash warning lights on. We drove forward slowly, and the snow became lighter as we went forward. By the time we arrived, the snow had completely stopped and the sun was faintly visible.
We parked the car in an open parking lot and noticed there wasn't much snow on the ground. The weather got better and the mood got better, so we went to visit the Science and Technology Museum. In the middle, the old man called us and asked if we had arrived and if the journey went smoothly. We said the snow had stopped, but the old man said it kept snowing at home.
I really didn’t expect that in the same city, so close, there would be two kinds of weather. We took the kids to stay at the Science and Technology Museum for two hours and then drove back. Because it was a sunny day, I didn’t think much about the weather. But as we drove toward home, the sky became cloudier, and finally it began to snow, and the snowflakes became bigger and bigger.
I suddenly realized that the clouds I had driven out before were still there. According to what the old man described on the phone, the snow here had never stopped. We walked carefully through the wind and snow. The sunshine in the Science and Technology Museum just now seemed so far away that it did not exist. There was only endless snow around us...
First we drove out of the overcast clouds, and then we drove into the overcast clouds. Traveling between the two types of weather gave us a lot to think about.
When we are in the clouds, we cannot see the end, because the snowflakes are all over the sky and we can only see close distances. The dark clouds trap us so tightly that we seem to have no choice but to endure. However, the fact is that no matter how thick the clouds are, there is an end. As long as you keep driving forward, you can get out. Sometimes dark clouds seem to cover everything, but the edge may not be far away...
