[New Three Talents Compilation and First Release] Nothing beats Treasury Secretary Janet. The recent video of Yellen kneeling in front of the Chinese Communist Party has exposed the Biden administration even more. The sight of one of the most powerful cabinet members in the United States groveling before his counterpart in the world's most villainous country is enough to humiliate anyone.
The scene of Yellen's humiliation was so shocking that it sparked a swift media backlash.
For Republicans, it's a living example of Biden's foreign policy weaknesses.
Yellen's knee-jerk performance made her look like a political sycophant, angering Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyoming. Barrasso said her act of submission was "a hallmark of this administration." "What country does Secretary Yellen work for?" asked Rep. Jim Banks of Indiana, also a Republican.
If America's leaders fail to recognize our nation's sovereignty and place on the global stage, it will jeopardize not only our foreign policy and national security, but also the vulnerable around the world.
For the citizens of this country, Biden's timidity on the international stage is terrifying, and it is deadly for believers and religious minorities around the world who rely on American advocacy.
A performance like Yellen not only harms the interests of the United States, but also makes an authoritarian government like China more arrogant.
When our nation shows passivity or cowardice in the face of tyranny, what enemies will take our response seriously?
Thanks to Republican leaders, the new Chinese Communist Party Special Committee is uncovering the worst acts of brutality the CCP has ever committed.
Recently, Republican Washington State Representative Mike Gallagher hosted a meeting of interfaith leaders aimed at highlighting the brutality of persecution in China.
The author had the opportunity to meet with several members of the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF), which I chair, and Sam. Sam Brownback (U.S. National Ambassador for Religious Freedom), Mayflower Church Pastor Yongguang Pan, and Fu Xiqiu testified on the threat China poses to religious freedom.
As I and many witnesses have attested, China's horrific treatment of Christians and other minorities has grown horrific in scale and degree.
There is also the phenomenon of cruel human organ trading. The CCP targets religious prisoners and forcibly harvests organs against their will. Julesey state Republican Representative Chris Smith warned that about "100,000 people" are involved in the industry every year.
Each of them had two or three organs harvested, which was extremely barbaric, just like the Nazis, and it's still happening.
When I was with the USCIRF at the time, these stories would send shivers down even the most level-headed. Witnesses said doctors were usually called to the hospital in the middle of the night.
A host of new witnesses will arrive — Falun Gong, Uyghurs or Christians.
One survivor spoke of her surgeon husband, who often woke up screaming from nightmares about being asked to harvest organs from living, healthy people.
He told me: "You can't imagine my pain. It's okay if we take organs from the dead, but these people are really alive."
About 2,000 others were also subjected to similar torture.
The most unbearable torture still takes place behind barbed wire fences that Beijing tries to hide.
This brutality is now an open secret, thanks to whistleblowers like Jiang who shudder at the thought of what he saw as a detective.
Every night, his team fanned out with assault rifles, knocking on the doors of religious minorities, he told CNN. "We took them all by force overnight," he explained.
After being handcuffed and hooded, the men are taken to police headquarters where they are punched and kicked until they cry and are covered in bruises and lumps...
One survivor explained that the police would take beautiful girls and rape them. Young men face repeated torture and ill-treatment.
Those lucky enough to escape China's brutal torture continue to live in fear. As the government destroys house churches through raids and a nationwide crackdown.
This month, it was revealed that churches in Zhejiang were closed and had to hang signs saying "Express love for the Communist Party" if they wanted to stay open.
Elsewhere, church members are monitored by closed-circuit television (CCTV) monitors, and secret police can monitor their every word and deed.
As Open Doors explains, many house churches simply stopped meeting or split into smaller, more secretive groups.
Outside the church, believers are also affected by China's notorious social credit score, a system that keeps dissidents out of daily transactions; low scores prevent 23 million Chinese from traveling.
This is the fact that China's brutal Communist Party is presented to the world, and the White House actually respects this bloodthirsty empire in public.
U.S. leaders should refrain from any act of respect for a regime that sees human rights as an obstacle to political power and control.
Instead of subservient to China, the Biden administration should be held accountable for its systematic and gross violations of basic human rights, especially religious freedom.
